OEM/ODM service terms, clear from day one

We work with outdoor brands, e-commerce sellers and distributors who want custom rooftop tents, camping tents and awnings. Below are the practical terms we agree on before sampling starts.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Trial / first order: 50 pcs per style, mixed colors accepted. Split into 2 SKUs minimum 25 pcs each.
Repeat order: 100 pcs per style. Lower MOQ negotiable for long-term partners.
Accessory-only orders: 100 pcs for annex rooms, awnings and side walls.
Custom mold / private tooling: MOQ starts at 200–300 pcs, depending on mold cost and material.

We recommend a 50-piece trial to validate fit, fabric and market response before scaling.

Shipping & Incoterms

Default: FOB Xiamen / Shenzhen. We handle local trucking, customs declaration and port loading.
Optional: CIF, DDP or courier (DHL/UPS/FedEx) for samples and small trials.
Container mix: Rooftop tents, camping tents and accessories can be combined in one container to save freight.
Documents provided: Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading / airway bill, and certificate of origin on request.

We can recommend forwarders or work with your nominated freight agent.

Sample policy

Existing-style samples: Charged at factory cost + shipping. Sample fee is refundable against the first bulk order.
Custom samples: Charged based on material, tooling and labor. Refundable against a confirmed bulk order.
Revisions: Minor color/logo adjustments are free up to 3 rounds. Mold changes after approval may incur new tooling cost.
Turnaround: Usually 7–15 days from confirmed artwork.

We return revised samples free of charge when the change is due to our error.

Payment terms

Samples: 100% prepaid before production.
Bulk orders: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment (T/T).
Long-term partners: L/C at sight or other terms can be discussed after 3 successful orders.

Intellectual property protection

Formal NDA signed before any design file exchange.
Custom molds and patterns are used only for your brand, never resold or shown to other buyers.
Exclusive sales territory can be discussed for larger annual commitments.
