Service terms

Clear terms before sampling starts

Practical OEM/ODM terms we agree on up front — MOQ, lead time, shipping, payment and IP protection. Every number below reflects our standard production policy.

Minimum order quantity

Trial / first order: 50 pcs per style, mixed colors accepted (split into 2 SKUs, min 25 pcs each).
Repeat order: 100 pcs per style; lower MOQ negotiable for long-term partners.
Accessory-only: 100 pcs for annex rooms, awnings and side walls.
Custom mold / tooling: MOQ starts at 200–300 pcs, depending on mold cost.

Lead time

Requirement & quotation: 1–2 days after specs, logo and target quantity.
Sample (existing style): 7–10 days.
Sample (custom mold): 15–25 days.
Bulk production: 15–30 days.
To port: 3–7 days to Xiamen / Shenzhen.

Shipping & Incoterms

Default: FOB Xiamen / Shenzhen — we handle local trucking, customs declaration and port loading.
Optional: CIF, DDP or courier (DHL / UPS / FedEx) for samples and small trials.
Container mix: rooftop tents, camping tents and accessories combined to save freight.
Documents: commercial invoice, packing list, B/L or AWB, certificate of origin on request.

Sample policy

Existing-style samples: charged at factory cost + shipping, refundable against the first bulk order.
Custom samples: by material, tooling and labor, refundable against a confirmed bulk order.
Revisions: up to 3 free minor color / logo rounds.
Turnaround: usually 7–15 days from confirmed artwork.

Payment terms

Samples: 100% prepaid before production.
Bulk orders: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment (T/T).
Long-term partners: L/C at sight or other terms after 3 successful orders.

IP protection

Formal NDA signed before any design file exchange.
Custom molds and patterns used only for your brand — never resold or shown to other buyers.
Exclusive sales territory discussable for larger annual commitments.
