Founded in Xiamen, we started with camping tents and later expanded into rooftop tents, awnings and car-side tents. Decades of pattern work, fabric sourcing and mold tooling let us move quickly from idea to sample.
Everything tracked in-house
Fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, coating, assembly and packing are all tracked in-house, with records tied to each batch number. A 20-person R&D team releases 10+ new models every year and supports custom tooling for OEM projects.

From fabric roll to finished tent
Every production run follows the same documented path. The same team that makes your samples runs your bulk order.
R&D & Patterns
Structure design, pattern making and sample sewing based on your drawings or reference products.
Material Inspection
Every fabric roll is checked for weight, coating, color and defects before it enters the cutting room.
Cutting
Automated cutting and strict dimension checks keep every panel within tolerance.
Sewing
Experienced sewing stations with seam-strength checks at each step, tied to the batch number.
Coating & Taping
Waterproof taping and seam sealing, with pressure testing on sampled seams.
Assembly
Poles, hardware, zippers and frames are assembled and fitted for the first functional check.
Testing
Dimension checks, waterproof pressure tests, zipper cycles and load-bearing checks on finished units.
Final QC
100% visual inspection plus random functional tests before any unit is approved for packing.
Packaging
Custom or neutral packaging, carton weight and shipping marks confirmed against your requirements.
Shipment
Consolidation, documentation and loading support for sea, air and express freight.

Quality control
Four inspection gates on every order
Incoming Material Inspection
Every roll is checked for weight, color, coating and defects before cutting. Rejected rolls are returned to the supplier.
In-Process Inspection
Cutting dimensions, seam strength and waterproof taping are checked at each station, with records tied to the batch number.
Final Inspection
Finished units pass a 100% visual check and random functional tests — dimensions, waterproof pressure, zipper cycles, load bearing.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Carton weight, shipping marks and packing list are confirmed before loading. QC photos are archived for every run.
Documented traceability
Each production run keeps material lot numbers, QC photos and test reports — useful for warranty claims and future reorders.
