From brief to delivery

Requirement
We start by locking the client's target market, vehicle class, volume and timeline, then translate them into a measurable product brief.
Challenge
Every project carries a constraint to solve - weight ceilings, weather ratings, or market-specific certifications such as CE for Europe.
Development
Our engineering team turns the brief into CAD models, structural optimization and a locked specification sheet, with material selection signed off by both sides.
Prototype
First samples are built and validated against the spec; the golden sample becomes the reference for every unit that follows.
Revision
We run revision rounds on the prototype, documenting exactly what changed and why, until the client signs off the pre-production sample.
Quality Control
QC covers incoming material inspection, in-process checkpoints and finished-goods testing, with records traceable to each batch.
Mass Production
Once the sample is approved, the order enters mass production under the same QC plan, with batch-level traceability.
Packaging
Branded packaging is prepared to the client's brief - carton, hangtag, manual and compliance labels - protecting the product through transit.
Shipment
We handle freight, documentation and customs paperwork, shipping to the client's destination with transit tracked end to end.
Result
After delivery we follow up on field performance and re-order needs, keeping the partnership active beyond the first shipment.
